♡莲藕四季豆炒虾仁 Stir Fry Lotus Root with French Beans & Prawns♡

简单的“莲藕四季豆炒虾仁”
香脆可口,不错吃!~

材料:
蒜头 2瓣,切片
红萝卜 1/2寸,切片
虾仁 10只,去壳
四季豆 10条,切段
莲藕 1节,切薄片
水适量
调味料:
盐适量
胡椒粉少许
鸡精粉少许
1.预先将莲藕薄片汆烫3分钟,捞起沥干备用。
2.爆香蒜片及红萝卜,加入虾仁翻炒一下再加入莲藕和四季豆翻炒。
3.加入适量的调味料和水,翻炒至熟即可上桌。
Stir Fry Lotus Root with French Beans & Prawns
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/2 inches carrots sliced
10 medium prawns
10 french beans, cut into section
1 lotus root, sliced
Water to add
Seasoning:
Salt
Pepper
Chicken stock powder
Steps:
1. Boiled a pot of water.Bring in the sliced lotus to boil for bout 3 minutes.
2. Saute garlic and carrots, add in prawns and stir fry well. Following add in lotus root and french beans.
3.Add in seasoning and water and stir fry until well cooked.
