♡椰香甜玉米冰条 Sweet Corn Coconut Milk Ice Pop♡

*椰香甜玉米冰条*
解暑凉快一下!






材料:
甜玉米 1罐 250克
牛奶 250克
浓椰浆 100克
糖 80克
冰棒塑料袋 10个



做法:
1.将所有材料倒入小锅内,期间不停地搅拌以中火煮至滚,熄火,待凉。
2.将椰香甜玉米糊倒入冰棒塑料袋里,打结绑紧。
3.存入冰箱冷藏6~8个小时或至成冰棒即可享用。

Ingredients:
250g of sweet corn
250g milk
100g thick coconut milk
80g sugar
10 pcs of ice tube plastic

Method:
1.Mix all the ingredients and pour into a pot, bring it to boil under medium heat, keep stirring until it well cooked, off the heat, set aside to cool.
2.When the mixture is cool, pour it into the ice tube plastic, tight a knot at the end of the palstic.
3.Chill in the fridge for 6~8 hours or until become ice pop.

♡烧肉炒米粉 Roasted Pork Fried Bee Hoon♡

周五简单午餐*烧肉炒米粉*
幸福就是这么简单~





材料:
米粉 150克,预先浸软
红萝卜丝 10克
包菜 2大片,切丝
洋葱 1/2 颗,切丝
黄豆干 1块,切小块(预先油炸至金黄色,备用)
烧肉 150克,切小块
桔子 1~2个,切半
水适量

调味料:
蚝油 1大匙
鸡精粉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少许
酱油 1大匙

做法:
1.爆香洋葱,加入烧肉、包菜和萝卜丝翻炒。
2.倒入适量的水,让它煮滚,加入调味料和米粉,不停的翻炒至米粉完全吸干水分即可熄火,上碟。
3.上碟后,铺上豆干和桔子即可享用。



Ingredients:
150g bee hoon, soak until soft & drained
10g of shredded carrot
2 big slices of cabbage, shredded
1/2  onion, shredded
1 piece of yellow bean curd, cut into medium pieces, deep fried until golden brown in advance
150g, diced
1~2 calamansi lime, cut into half
adequate of water

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
dash of pepper
1 tablespoon of soya sauce

Method:
1.Saute onion until soft, add in roasted pork, shredded carrots & cabbage, stir fry,
2.Add in adequate of water, bring it to boil, add in seasoning & bee hoon, keep stir fry until bee hoon totally absorb the water. Off the heat.
3.Served with fried bean curd & some calamansi lime juice.

♡蜜瓜牛奶燕菜 Melon Milk Jelly♡

来吃*蜜瓜牛奶燕菜*
消暑一下吧!






材料:
燕菜丝 1包
蜜瓜牛奶 1盒(1000ml)
冰糖 适量 (依个人口味,可以不加)

做法:
1.将牛奶与燕菜丝倒入锅内,以中火煮至燕菜条完全溶化。
2.加入适量冰糖搅拌至溶即可熄火。
3.用筛网过滤,倒入燕菜膜,待完全凉后存入冰箱至少4小时或至冷即可取出切块享用。

Ingredients:
1 packet of agar-agar/ jelly strips
1 box of melon milk(1000ml)
rock sugar to taste (optional)

Method:
1.Pour the melon milk into a pot, add in jelly strips, bring it to boil under medium heat until jelly strips totally melt.
2.Add in rock sugar ( optional) stir until it melt and combine with the milk, off the heat.
3.Sieved the mixture and pour it into the jelly mould. Bring it to cool down, chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or until cold.

♡烧烤酱炒马鲛鱼 Mackerel with BBQ Sauce♡

炎热天气,又不想煮煎炸或辛辣的料理,
就地取材,煮了这道*烧烤酱炒马鲛鱼*
用了罐装烧烤酱,煮出来的味道还蛮开胃的,
微酸甜好下饭!





材料:
马鲛鱼 1大片(约300克),去骨切片
(用少许酱油、胡椒粉和蜀粉腌制)
白洋葱 1/2颗,切丝
黄瓜 1/4条,切丁
玉蜀黍芯 3条,切丁
番茄 1个,切丁
水 适量

调味料:
烧烤酱 3大匙
美极seasoning 几滴



















酱油 1大匙
黑胡椒 少许
蜀粉 1大匙+1大匙水 (勾芡)

做法:
1.爆香洋葱,倒入玉蜀黍芯翻炒片刻。
2.倒入少许水,待滚后加入调味料、马鲛鱼片,翻炒几分钟或至鱼肉片熟。
3.加入番茄和黄瓜再以蜀粉水勾芡即可上碟。


Ingredients:
1 big slice (300g) mackerel ,de-boned and slices in a pieces
(marinate with some soya sauce, pepper & starch)
1/2 white onion, sliced
1/4 cucumber, diced
3 baby corn, diced
1 tomato, diced
adequate of water

Seasoning:
3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
few drops of Maggi seasoning
1 tablespoon soya sauce
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water(for thickening the sauce)

Method:
1.Saute white onion until fragrant, add in baby corn, stir fry for a while.
2.Add in some water, bring it to boil, Add in mackerel fish, stir fry a while, simmer for few minutes until cooked.
3.Add in diced tomato & cucumber, thickening the gravy with some starch and it is ready for serve.
