就地取材,煮了这道*烧烤酱炒马鲛鱼*,
用了罐装烧烤酱,煮出来的味道还蛮开胃的,
微酸甜好下饭!
材料:
马鲛鱼 1大片(约300克),去骨切片
(用少许酱油、胡椒粉和蜀粉腌制)
白洋葱 1/2颗,切丝
黄瓜 1/4条,切丁
玉蜀黍芯 3条,切丁
番茄 1个,切丁
水 适量
调味料:
烧烤酱 3大匙
美极seasoning 几滴
酱油 1大匙
黑胡椒 少许
蜀粉 1大匙+1大匙水 (勾芡)
做法:
1.爆香洋葱,倒入玉蜀黍芯翻炒片刻。
2.倒入少许水,待滚后加入调味料、马鲛鱼片,翻炒几分钟或至鱼肉片熟。
3.加入番茄和黄瓜再以蜀粉水勾芡即可上碟。
Ingredients:
1 big slice (300g) mackerel ,de-boned and slices in a pieces
(marinate with some soya sauce, pepper & starch)
1/2 white onion, sliced
1/4 cucumber, diced
3 baby corn, diced
1 tomato, diced
adequate of water
Seasoning:
3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
few drops of Maggi seasoning
1 tablespoon soya sauce
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water(for thickening the sauce)
Method:
1.Saute white onion until fragrant, add in baby corn, stir fry for a while.
2.Add in some water, bring it to boil, Add in mackerel fish, stir fry a while, simmer for few minutes until cooked.
3.Add in diced tomato & cucumber, thickening the gravy with some starch and it is ready for serve.
