♡蜜瓜牛奶燕菜 Melon Milk Jelly♡

炎热天气,
来吃*蜜瓜牛奶燕菜*
消暑一下吧!






材料:
燕菜丝 1包
蜜瓜牛奶 1盒(1000ml)
冰糖 适量 (依个人口味,可以不加)

做法:
1.将牛奶与燕菜丝倒入锅内,以中火煮至燕菜条完全溶化。
2.加入适量冰糖搅拌至溶即可熄火。
3.用筛网过滤,倒入燕菜膜,待完全凉后存入冰箱至少4小时或至冷即可取出切块享用。

Ingredients:
1 packet of agar-agar/ jelly strips
1 box of melon milk(1000ml)
rock sugar to taste (optional)

Method:
1.Pour the melon milk into a pot, add in jelly strips, bring it to boil under medium heat until jelly strips totally melt.
2.Add in rock sugar ( optional) stir until it melt and combine with the milk, off the heat.
3.Sieved the mixture and pour it into the jelly mould. Bring it to cool down, chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or until cold.

  2. 早安,一旦切开了尽快吃完,因为我用的是燕菜丝,比较会出水,但如果用燕菜粉就没问题
