♡XO肉松 XO Floss♡

简单容易又下饭下粥的*XO肉松*
初次尝试好美味,
孩子还拿来夹面包吃呢!呵呵。。。
下次要多做一点了!






材料:
辣椒干 4条,用热水浸软去籽,备用
虾米 40克,洗净、浸软后沥干水
江鱼仔 40克,洗净后沥干水
蒜末 40克
小红葱 80克,剁碎
猪肉松 125克

调味料:
盐 1/2 茶匙 
糖 1大匙
胡椒粉少许

做法:
1.将虾米、江鱼仔、辣椒干、蒜末和小红葱捣烂。
2.锅内热油,油要多一点,倒入捣烂的材料翻炒至干身,捞起沥干油。
3.将炒好的辣椒虾米江鱼仔与肉松和调味料一起拌匀即可。

Ingredients:
4 pcs dried chillies, soaked with hot water, removed seeds
40g dried shrimps, washed & soaked until soft, drained 
40g anchovies, washed & drained
40g minced garlic
80g shredded shallots
125g pork floss

Seasoning:
1/2  teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
dash of pepper

Method:
1.Fined the dried shrimps, anchovies, garlic, shallots & dried chillies with pestle and mortar.
2.Preheat some oil, fried the fined ingredients until dried golden brown, dish and drain.
3.Combine the ingredients with pork floss and seasoning, mix well. It is ready to serve with rice, porridge or even bread too.
