简单也美味!
材料:
1.鸡蛋 1个,打散
2.糖 1汤匙
盐 少许
3.牛奶 100克
食油 1汤匙
4.底筋面粉 70克
发粉 1茶匙
(过筛)
做法:
1.将以上材料依顺序加入混合均匀,备用。
2.准备一个不粘锅,锅子上涂上少许油。
3.舀入1大勺面糊,以小火慢慢煎至看见面糊上有许多小泡泡,反面再煎20秒即可拿起上碟。
4.可搭配牛油,蜂蜜或水果酱一起吃。

2.Preheat a pan, spread some oil in the pan,
3.Pour in a big scope of pancake batter, pan fry under low heat. Flip it when you can see a lot of bubbles in the batter, pan fry another 20 seconds before dish out.
4.Enjoy it with some honey, butter or fruits jam.
