简单又美味,
吃饱饱上学上班去。
材料:
黄面条1包,用自来水清洗去多余的油后沥干备用
蒜末 2大匙
叁巴辣椒 3大匙
豆干 1块, 切小片,预先油炸只金黄色备用
韭菜 1把,洗净切段
芽菜 1碗,去尾洗净沥干水
水 适量
调味料:
酱油 3~4大匙
胡椒粉 少许
糖 少许
做法:
1.爆香蒜末,加入叁巴辣椒翻炒至香。
2.加入面条和少许水翻炒, 再加入调味料、芽菜和炸好的豆干翻炒至面条熟软或水份干,撒上韭菜翻炒一下即可熄火。
Ingredients:
1 packet yellow noodles, rinse with tap to remove oil on noodles & drained
2 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoon sambal
1 piece of beancurd (tao gua), sliced & deep fry until golden brown in advance, drained & set aside.
1 stalk of leek, cut into section
1 bowl of beansprouts, washed & drained
adequate of water
Ingredients:
3~4 tablespoon of soya sauce
dash of pepper
sugar to taste
Method:
1.Saute minced garlic and sambal until fragrant.
2.Add in noodles & adequate water stir fry a while, add in seasoning , beansprouts & fried beancurds, continue stir fry until noodles become soft, sprinkle in leek , stir well & off the heat.
