♡日式照烧鸡腿 Teriyaki Chicken♡

前几天去了商场逛,本来是要找两种酱料即日本Mirin和日本酱油来做
*日式照烧鸡腿*但是就是找不着, 
最后还好找到了Teriyaki Marinade Sauce 日式照烧鸡腿酱(烤蒜味)~
今天就动手做了这简单又容易的一道日式料理~!



材料:
全只鸡腿 3支
日式照烧酱5~6大匙
麦芽糖 1大匙


做法:
1.将全鸡腿洗净,用吸油纸或布擦干水份,在腿上刮几刀,以便容易入味。
2.将照烧酱均匀地涂抹在鸡腿上两面,存入冰箱至少一小时。
3.准备一个不粘锅,倒入少许油,把鸡腿放入锅中,皮朝下。
4.以中小火将皮面煎至少为上色,再翻过另一面煎。剩余的腌酱可倒入锅中,期间可盖上锅盖以便鸡肉更加快熟和上色。(在煎鸡腿的时候,不时翻鸡腿以免烧焦)
5.待鸡腿熟后,再加入麦芽糖滚溶,酱汁变浓稠即可熄火。捞起鸡腿,待微凉后,可斩件,上桌,淋上少许酱汁在鸡腿上,即可享用。


Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
3 whole leg chicken
5~6 tablespoon Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
1 tablespoon maltose

Steps:
1.Wash the whole leg chicken and dried it with kitchen towel. Poke the whole leg chicken with a knife.
2.Add in teriyaki sauce and mix it well with the chicken. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3.Preheat a non stick pan, add in some oil, put the chicken on the pan, (the skin faced down).
4.Pan fry both side of the chicken with medium heat until brownish colour.(In between, must keep on eyes and turn both side to prevent scorched)
5.When it is almost done, add in a tablespoon of maltose and bring it to boil with the teriyaki sauce until become thicken sauce, off the heat. Cut the chicken into pieces, place on serving platter and lastly drench with teriyaki sauce and it is ready for served.
