♡夏威夷鸡肉皮萨 Hawaii Chicken Pizza♡

凡事都有第一次~
皮萨初体验之超薄版~"夏威夷鸡肉皮萨"
宝贝们也一起来”煲“办,满满的材料,今天大家都好有满足感哦!



皮萨饼皮材料:
高筋面粉 250克
酵母 1茶匙
温水 150克
糖 1茶匙
盐 1/2 茶匙

馅料:
番茄膏 1罐(tomato puree)
蘑菇 1罐 ,切片
1/2个 洋葱,切碎
1/2个 黄梨, 切丁
1小饭碗 鸡胸肉(预先用烧水汆汤)
香肠 2条, 切片
玉米油 1大匙
Mozzarella 芝士  150克
干香料oregano & Basil 少许



做法:
1.温水中加入酵母,糖拌匀。
2.把面粉倒入大盆中,加入盐,用手拌匀在慢慢粉次加入已经拌好的(1)材料。
(一面搓面一面加)
3.用手搓至面团光滑后,用条湿布盖着,休面至少一个小时。
4.待面团发成双倍后,取出排气,面团分成两份,再用面秆杆成您喜欢的薄度。
5.在面皮上先涂上一层玉米油,再涂上番茄膏。
6.把其余的馅材料铺在面皮上。最后再撒上Mozzarella 芝士和干香料。
7.将皮萨放进预热的烤炉里,以220摄氏烘20-25分钟即可乘热享用。
*番茄膏可以以番茄酱代替
*烤皮萨的温度只供参考,因为每个人的烤炉热情不一样,自己自行拿捏。

Hawaii Chicken Pizza Dough ingredients:
250g high protein flour
1 teaspoon dried yeast
150g warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2  teaspoon salt

Stuffing:
1 can tomato puree
1 can button mushroom, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 pineapple,diced
1 small bowl chicken breast,diced & boiled in advance
2 sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon corn oil
150g Mozzarella cheese
pinch of oregano & basil


Steps:
1.Add yeast & sugar into warm water mix well.
2.In a big bowl, add in flour & salt. Slowly mix it with step (1).
3. Mix well and covered it with a wet towel and sit aside for at least one hour.
4.When the dough is double size up, bring it on the working table and cut it into two dough balls.Roll out each dough to thin slice.  
5.Spread some corn oil and following with tomato puree.
6.Lay on all the ingredients and lastly sprinkle Mozzarella cheese, oregano & basil.
7.Preheat the oven and bake in 220 celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
