♡甜腐皮炒素菜 Stir Fry Vegetables with Sweet Tofu Skin♡

好吃的素菜,不腻常煮~
一家大小都爱吃的*甜腐皮炒素菜*
豆味香甜的甜腐皮是这道菜不可缺少的主要食材。
有了它,素菜才会更加美味,更香甜。








材料:
甜腐皮 2大片,剪小块



















冬粉1把,浸软后沥干水
红萝卜1小节,切片
香菇3朵,浸软切丝
包菜5~6大片,洗净切块状
水适量



































调味料:
盐少许
酱油适量
做法:
1.以中小火将甜豆支炸脆,备用。


2 .爆香香菇,加入红萝卜片翻炒,加入包菜和调味料翻炒约一分钟。加入适量的水再翻炒。
3.待包菜七分熟,加入腐皮拌匀,期间可再加些水,最后加入冬粉拌炒至软即可上桌。

Ingredients:
2 big pieces sweet tofu skin, cut into small pieces
a fistful of vermicelli,soak until soft and drained it
2 inches of carrot,sliced
3 dried mushrooms,soak until soft and sliced
5~6 pieces cabbage,washed & cut in medium pieces

water to add


Seasoning:
salt 
soya sauce

Steps:
1.Pour in some oil in the wok, fried the sweet tofu skin with medium heat until golden color, set aside.
2.Saute mushrooms, carrot until fragrant, add in cabbage & seasoning quick stir fry for a minute. Add in water and stir it well.
3.When the vegetables is 70% cooked, add in tofu skin and vermicelli. You may add in some water again because vermicelli will absorb water very fast. Stir it well and cook until tofu skin and vermicelli well cooked and ready for served.
