宝贝们真的以为是荤的咕噜肉,呵呵~
p/s:这只是单纯想吃就煮的,我有加洋葱,所以不是纯素的哦!~
材料:
咕噜素肉 1包(素食品店可买到)
洋葱半个,切丁
红萝卜 1小节,切丁
红辣椒 1条, 切丁
日本黄瓜 1小节,切丁
芝麻 1大匙(预先炒香)
调味料:
番茄酱 2大匙
冬菇斋蠔油 1大匙
胡椒粉少许
糖 1大匙
Maggi seasoning 4-5滴
水 1/2杯
薯粉1大匙+2大匙水
做法:
1.首先将素肉,过油炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油备用。
2.用一个小锅,倒入所有调味料(除了薯粉水),待滚后加入洋葱,红萝卜,辣椒,黄瓜丁,拌均匀后再加入已炸好的素肉拌匀,熄火。
3.撒上芝麻即可上桌。
Vegetarian Ku Loh Meat
Ingredients:
1 packet of vegetarian Ku Loh meat
1/2 onion, diced
2 inches carrot, diced
1 red chili, diced
2 inches japanese cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon sesame (roasted)
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
4-5 drops Maggi seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon tapioca flour+2 tablespoon water
Steps:
1.Deep fry the ku loh meat until browning color and set aside.
2.In a small pot, pour in water and others seasoning (except tapioca water), bring it to boil. Add in diced inredients (onion, carrot, chili, cucumber),mixed well and lastly add in ku loh meat stir well and off the heat.
3.Sprinkle sesame and ready for served.
