香葱肉碎水豆腐
材料:
水豆腐1盒
(在盒装背后的四个角,用剪刀减出四个小洞,再撕开盒装
小葱头2颗,切片
蒜末1大匙
五花肉碎3大匙
虾米1大匙,剁碎
红萝卜碎1大匙
红辣椒碎1大匙
调味料:
香菇蚝油1大匙
酱油1大匙
胡椒粉少许
麻油1/2茶匙
薯粉水1大匙+1大匙水
做法:
1.热油,倒入葱头片,爆至香脆,捞起备用。
2.另一个小锅隔水将水豆腐蒸熟,(约8~10分钟)将
3.爆香蒜末和虾米,炒香萝卜和辣辣末。加入肉碎翻炒。
4.加入调味料和少许水,炒至肉碎熟后加入少许薯粉水勾
5.将炒好的肉碎淋在水豆腐上,撒上炸葱片和葱花即可趁热享用^&^
Steam Tofu with Fried Shallots Minced Meat
1 box of smooth tofu
(Cut a small hole at every bottom of the box by using a pair of scissor, tear the plastic cover, slowly transfer the tofu into a plate)
2 shallots, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoon minced meat
1 tablespoon chopped dried shrimps
1 tablespoon chopped carrot
1 tablespoon chopped red chilli
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon mushroom oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
pinch of pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon tapioca flour+1 tablespoon water
Steps:
1.Heat the wok with some oil, fried the shallots until golden color, transfer into a bowl, set aside.
2.Using another small pot, steam the tofu for about 8~10 minutes, take out and drained the steam water.
3.Saute garlic,chopped dried shrimps until fragrant. Following add in chopped carrot andchopped red chilli. Add in minced meat stir fry it.
4.Add in some water and seasoning, stir fry again until all well cooked. Pour in some tapioca water for thickening the gravy.
5.Lay the minced meat on the top of the tofu, sprinkle some scallion and fried shallots on the top. Served it with rice or porridge when it is still hot.
