♡鲜甜椒炒肉片 Stir Fry Capcicums with Sliced Pork♡

新鲜的甜椒,少许的调味料,简单的料理,
*鲜甜椒炒肉片*
感谢阿姨来拜访,还带来新鲜的甜椒~





材料:
瘦肉 50克,切片
(用少许酱油、胡椒粉和薯粉拌均匀,备用)
鲜甜椒 4~5个,洗净后切丁
蒜末 1大匙
黑胡椒粉(粗状)1茶匙



调味料:
盐巴 少许
鸡粉 少许
水适量
薯粉1大匙 + 水1大匙(勾芡用)

做法:
1.锅内倒入少许油,待热后倒入蒜末和黑胡椒,爆炒至香。
2.加入肉片快速翻炒数秒,加入少许水和调味料继续翻炒片刻。
3.加入鲜甜椒,翻炒1分钟,倒入薯粉水勾芡即可上碟。


Ingredients:
50g of lean meat, sliced
(marinate with some soya sauce, pepper & starch, set aside)
4~5 medium fresh capsicums, wash & dice
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper

Seasoning:
salt to taste
chicken powder to taste
adequate water
1 tablespoon starch + 1 tablespoon water(dilute)

Method:
1.Preheat some oil in the wok, saute minced garlic & black pepper until fragrant.
2.Add in slice meat stir fry in quick. Add in water & seasoning continue stir fry for few minute.
3.Lastly, add in capsicums, continue stir fry for a minute, thicken with some starch, before off the heat.

♡香脆四棱豆 Crunchy Winged Beans♡

*香脆四棱豆*
大人小孩都爱吃,
口感脆嫩细腻,搭配香炸江鱼仔,
咔嚓咔嚓,吃得过瘾!





四棱豆营养价值很高,含有丰富的膳食纤维,有助消化,改善肠胃功能,经方常食用还可以防衰老、增强记忆力还能够补血、补钙、防骨质疏松。除此之外,它还对冠心病、动脉硬化、脑血管硬化、口腔炎症、泌尿炎症等疾病有良好的疗效。(资料来自网络)

材料:
四棱豆 100克,洗净,切斜片
蒜末 1大匙
辣椒丝 1大匙
红萝卜丝 1大匙
江鱼仔 2大匙,洗净沥干水,预先炸至香脆,备用
水少许

调味料:
盐巴 少许
鸡精粉 少许

做法:
1.爆香蒜末和辣椒丝,倒入四棱豆,快速翻炒。
2.加入调味料、水和萝卜丝翻炒一分钟,熄火。
3.加入香炸江鱼仔,半均匀后即可上碟。

Ingedients:
100g of winged beans, washed & sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon shredded red chilli
1 tablespoon shredded carrot
2 tablespoon anchovies, washed & drain, fried until golden brown in advanced
50~100g of water

Seasoning:
salt & chicken powder to taste

Method:
1.Saute minced garlic & red chilli until fragrant, add in winged bean, stir fry in quick.
2.Add in seasoning, water and shredded carrot, stir fry for a minutes, off the heat.
3.Pour in fried anchovies, combine well, transfer to plate.

♡蒜香枸杞西洋菜 Stir Fry Watercress with garlic & Wolfberries♡

西洋菜汤您喝得多,
简单清炒西洋菜,
香甜脆口的*蒜香枸杞西洋菜*
您吃过吗?


其实西洋菜的营养价值很丰富,
多吃西洋菜,能起到提高智力、调理经期、润肺、化痰、利尿、通便等作用。




材料:
1.西洋菜500克
   (取嫩的茎连同叶子,用清水洗净,再用适量的盐巴加适量的水浸泡十分钟再洗干净,沥干)
2.蒜末 1大匙

调味料:
盐 少许
鸡粉少许

做法:
1.大火爆香蒜末至金黄色。
2.加入西洋菜以大火快速爆炒。
3.加入盐巴、鸡粉和枸杞,翻炒至均匀即可上桌。

Ingredients:
1. 500g Watercress
   (choose the young and greeen leaves, and trimmed the stems. Washed with tap water for few times and soak with some salt with cold water for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, washed and drained the watercress.)
2. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

Seasoning:
salt and chicken powder to taste

Method:
1.Heat the wok with some cooking oil, saute the chopped garlic until golden color.
2.Add in watercress and quick stir fry under high heat.
3.Add in seasoning and stir well. Off the heat and transfer on a plate.

♡金沙苦瓜 Salted Egg Bitter Gourd♡

今晚简易晚餐之 *金沙苦瓜*
咸香微苦,宝贝也爱吃!
食谱来自于Guai Shu Shu, 感谢Kenneth Goh 师傅的分享~




材料:
苦瓜 1条, 去籽,切片,用盐巴洗净
蒜末 1大匙
咸蛋黄 2颗 (我用3颗), 预先蒸熟后用叉子压烂
红辣椒丝 1大匙

调味料:
盐巴 (我没加)
胡椒粉 少许
鸡精粉 少许

做法:
1.煮开一小锅水,加入少许盐然后将切片苦瓜倒入汆烫2~3分钟,捞起备用。
2.爆香蒜末,加入压烂咸蛋黄炒至起泡泡。
3.倒入已汆烫好的苦瓜,快速翻炒2~3分钟。
4.上碟前,加入适量的调味料和辣椒丝拌均匀即可趁热享用。

Ingredients:
1 medium size bitter gourd
(removed seeds together with white membrane by using a spoon, washed with salt and sliced)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 salted egg yolk  (I use 3 egg yolks), steamed in advance and then mashed
1 tablespoon shred red chillies

Seasoning:
salt(I didn't add)
pepper
chicken powder

Method:
1.Prepare a small pot of water, bring it to boil. Once boiling add in a pinch of salt and bitter gourd. Blanch the bitter gourd for 2~3 minutes, drained.
2.Saute garlic until fragrance, add in mashed salted egg yolk, saute it until you can see bubbles come out.
3.Add in blanched bitter gourd and stir fry well for 2~3 minutes.
4.Add in seasoning and shredded red chillies mixed well and it is ready for serve while in hot.

♡参巴炒虾仁臭豆 Sambal Petai with Prawns♡

难以抗拒的*叁巴炒虾仁臭豆*,
今晚又加饭了!








每年的这个季节,巴刹或路边都可看见臭豆的踪影。
今早在巴刹,看见新鲜又便宜的臭豆,
终于忍不住把它买回家。
不管了,今天就煮这道大家所喜爱的*叁巴炒虾仁臭豆*
过过臭豆瘾一下。








参巴炒虾仁臭豆
材料:
臭豆 12条(我买十元)去依去芯后洗净沥干水

















虾仁(中) 15只,去壳去内脏,洗净
小葱头4-5颗,切碎
辣椒糊 3大匙
江鱼仔 1小搓,洗净沥干水
马来盏 (belacan) 1大匙



















调味料:
盐适量
酱油 1大匙
阿叁膏 1大匙 (加入半小饭碗水混合拌匀,取汁)
糖少许

做法:
1.热锅,倒入适量的油,将江鱼仔预先过油,炸至香脆,捞起备用。
2.爆香葱头碎,加入马来盏炒香,加入辣椒糊炒至出油。
3.加入虾仁和臭豆快速翻炒。加入调味料和阿叁汁,让它焖煮约1~2分钟。
4.熄火,拌入已炸好的江鱼仔就可以上碟了。
*依自己的口味自行调整调味料分量,如果喜欢较辣可以多加辣椒糊。




Sambal Petai with Prawns
Ingredients:
12 strips of petai stinky beans (cost RM 10), peeled & halved
15 medium sized prawns, shelled
4-5 shallots, chopped
3 tablespoon chilli boh
1 handful anchovies, washed & drained
1 tablespoon belacan

Seasoning:
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind paste mix with half small rice bowl of water, strain
sugar to taste

Method:
1.Preheat oil, fried the anchovies until golden brown color and crunchy, drained and set aside.
2.Saute chopped shallots, add in belacan stir fry until fragrant, pour in chilli boh, stir fry until oil begins appear on the surface.
3.Add in prawns, stinky beans, seasoning. and some tamarind juice, bring it to cook for about 1~2 minutes.
4.Off the heat, add in fried anchovies and mix well. It is ready to serve with white rice.
*If you wish to taste more spicy you may add more chilli boh.
