今天就简简单单在家里一手“煲”办亲爱的生日晚餐~
做了他最爱的黑胡椒鸡扒和宝贝们最爱的蘑菇浓汤。
虽然一大早得准备所有材料,但能够让家人吃的津津有味,再辛苦也值得!~呵呵。。。
黑胡椒鸡扒
材料:
全鸡腿 4只,去骨

腌制调味料:
蚝油 2大匙
酱油 3大匙
黑胡椒粉1茶匙
白米酒/绍兴酒 2大匙
蚝油 2大匙
酱油 3大匙

黑胡椒酱:
蒜头 2-3瓣,切片
白洋葱1/4个,切碎
黑椒调味料 1大匙
黑胡椒粉(粗状)1大匙
蚝油 3大匙
Maggi seasoning 4-5滴
水适量
(黑胡椒调味料,蚝油,maggi seasoning 先与适量的水拌匀)
薯粉水少许(勾芡用)
蒜头 2-3瓣,切片
白洋葱1/4个,切碎
黑椒调味料 1大匙
黑胡椒粉(粗状)1大匙
蚝油 3大匙
Maggi seasoning 4-5滴

(黑胡椒调味料,蚝油,maggi seasoning 先与适量的水拌匀)
薯粉水少许(勾芡用)
做法:
1.预先将去骨的鸡腿与所有的调味料拌匀,按摩几分钟,让鸡腿入味,存入冰箱至少3小时或隔夜更佳。
2.准备一个小锅,倒入半锅水,将它煮开。把西兰菜和红萝卜放入水里,再加入1大匙油和半茶匙的盐汆烫至熟,捞起沥干备用。
3.预热不粘锅,将鸡腿逐一放入不粘锅,皮朝下。以中小火煎至出油,再翻过另一面煎,直到两面熟。
4.黑胡椒酱汁方面,先爆香蒜头与洋葱炒至软,加入拌匀的调味料和胡椒粉,滚至起泡泡,加入少许薯粉水勾芡即可。
(如果不喜欢酱汁太过的话浓稠可以不用勾芡)。
5.将鸡扒,西兰花和红萝卜,还有马铃薯泥摆在碟上,淋上黑胡椒酱汁就可趁热享用了!
**配料可自行选择自己喜欢的。

1/4 big onion, chopped
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon pepper seasoning

4-5 drops Maggi seasoning
150ml water to add
(mix all the ingredients above together with water)
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
constarch +2tablspoon water to thicken the sauce
1/4 big onion, chopped
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon pepper seasoning

1 Broccoli, cut it into few pieces

Steps:
1.Marinate the chicken thighs with all the seasoning, massage it for few minutes and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or over night.
2.In a small pot, pour in some water, bring it to boil. Add in the broccoli and carrots, and 1 tablespoon of oil, half teaspoon of salt. Boil it until cooked, drained it.
3.Preheat non stick pan, add in the chicken thighs and fried it with the skin face down.Turn to another side and fried it until well cooked.
4.In another pan, saute the garlic and onion till fragrant, add in the sauce and cook until it become thicken.
(If you wish more thicken the sauce, then you may add in some corntach water.)
5.Transfer the chicken chop and side dishes into the plate, pour the black pepper sauce on the chicken chop and ready to served.
**You may use other ingredients as your side dishes besides broccoli and carrots such as salad and tomatoes
