酸甜凉拌青瓜 Sweet and sour cucumber
搭配搭冈饭与咖喱金枪鱼的好佐料~!



Sweet and sour cucumber
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, remove the cucumber seeds and cut into about 2 inches
1/2 bar of carrot, cut into about 2 inches
1 pineapple, remove the skin and slice it into small pieces.
1 onion, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
50 ml vinegar
3-4 tablespoon sugar
Salt

Steps:
1.Mix all the ingredients with vinegar, sugar and some salt to taste.
2.Keep it into refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.Served it with the tuna fish curry.

酸甜凉拌青瓜
材料:
青瓜1条,去籽
红萝卜半条
凤梨1个,去皮,切小块
洋葱1个,切成8瓣
小番茄8颗,切成8小块
醋50毫升
糖3-4汤匙
盐少许

做法:
1.将所有材料放入个大容器中拌均匀,存入冰箱至少两个小时。
2.待冷后即可搭配咖喱金枪鱼一起享用。
