♡香蕉曼煎糕 Banana Apam Balik♡

我家的两个宝贝很爱吃香蕉。
由于前天买了一大串的香蕉,也熟透得很,
就索性来做份*香蕉曼煎糕*给他们做早餐, 
营养得来又不会浪费!



面皮材料:
面粉200克
粟粉30克
幼糖150克(我只用100克)
盐半茶匙
苏打粉半茶匙
发粉2茶匙
水200毫升(可以以牛奶代替)
(将以上所有材料用手拌打蛋器拌至成面糊,存入冰箱四小时)

陷料:
花生碎
罐头甜玉米
牛油
白糖
香蕉3-4条,去皮切片
(依个人喜好加入份量)

做法:
热不粘锅,涂上少许牛油,待热后,加入适量的面糊盖上锅盖,以小火慢慢煎至面糊开始发洞洞。
撒上陷料再盖上锅盖,直到面皮成褐色,用锅铲把它折成半,就可以上碟切开享用了。趁热享用味道更佳。
**面糊不可下太多而导致过厚,很难熟。


Batter ingredients:
200g wheat flour
30g corn flour
100g granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
2 teaspoon baking powder
200ml water(can substitute with milk)
(Pour all the ingredients above into a big bowl and mixed all with egg whisk , pour it into a container and keep it in the refrigerator at least 4 hours)

Fillings:
crushed peanuts
canned creamy corn
butter
sugar
3-4bananas, cut into small pieces
(The fillings depend on your favourite. You can add in what ever you like eg: strawberry or kiwi)

1.preheat the non stick pan, add in butter (1teaspoon), pour one big spoonful of the batter with small simmer, until the batter started come out small bubbles.
2.Spread crushed peanuts, creamy corn, some butter and sugar, close the pan with a lid until the batter turn to brownish color. Use the spatula to fold it into half and take out from the pan.
3. Cut it into 2-3 pieces and served it while still hot.
