♡佛手瓜炒冬粉 Stir Fry Chayote with Vermicelli♡

简单又好吃的*佛手瓜炒冬粉*
配饭配粥吃也可口~

佛手瓜炒冬粉
材料:
佛手瓜1个,去皮切丝
冬粉1把,浸软
萝卜2寸,切丝
虾米1茶匙,切碎
蒜末1大匙
水少许

调味料:
盐少许,酱油1大匙,胡椒粉适量

做法:
爆香蒜末和虾米,倒入佛手瓜和萝卜丝翻炒一下,加入调味料和少许水,翻炒至软,最后拌入冬粉炒至软和干身即可。


Stir Fry Chayote with Vermicelli 
Ingredients:
1 Chayote, skinned & shreded
1 handful of vermicelli, soak until soft & drained
2 inches carrots, shreded
1 teaspoon of dries shrimps, soak until soft & chopped
1 tablspoon chopped garlic
water to add

Seasoning:
salt, pepper, soya sauce to add

Steps:
1. Saute chopped garlic, dried shrimps until fragrant, add in shreded chayote, carrots and all the seasoning, stir fry it, add some water and cook until the chayote become soft, 
2. Lastly, add in vermicelli, stir well until vermicelli soft and absorb the water. Off the heat, transfer to a plate and ready for served.
