♡腊肠鸡腿蒸饭 Lap Cheong Drumstick Steam Rice♡

简易一锅熟的*腊肠鸡腿蒸饭*
不油不腻,是道会令人吃了还想再吃的一道料理。
您可以用蒸碗以煤气大火蒸熟,又或者用电饭锅来烹煮也行。
这道料理再也适合在外求学的学生或上班族不过,简单又容易!
今天就下手试一试呗~


材料:
鸡腿1个,切块
腊肠1条,去依切片
姜2-3片
蒜头3瓣
白米1杯,洗净
调味料:
蠔油2大匙
胡椒粉适量
麻油少许
绍兴酒少许



做法:
1.将鸡腿预先用蠔油,绍兴酒和胡椒粉混合均匀存入冰箱至少一小时,以便入味。
2.将白米倒入蒸碗中,加入适量的水,然后将已腌好的鸡腿肉,蒜头和姜片铺在白米上。
3.大火烧开水后,才将它放入锅中蒸至熟。
(过程约20-25分钟)
4.腊肠可在正的过程的15分钟后才加入,也就是待米饭的水份干了才加入以便能保持腊肠的味道。
5.上桌前可撒入葱花或香菜。

Ingredients:
1 drumstick,cut into 5-6pieces
1 lap cheong,sliced
2-3 slice ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 small cup of rice, washed
Seasonings:
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
A bit pepper, sesame oil & shao xing wine
1.mix the drumstick with all the seasoning and keep in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
2.put the rice into a steam bowl, add in appropriate amount of water. After that, add in the drumstick on the top of the rice, following with ginger and garlic.
3.steam the drumstick rice around 20-25 minutes
4.add in lap cheong after the rice been steam 15minutes and continue steam till the rice totally cooked.
5.served with spring onion when it is still hot.
