♡姜丝麻油素腰子 Sesame Vegetarian Kidney with Shredded Ginger♡

好久没煮姜丝麻油料理,
今晚就随意煮了*姜丝麻油素腰子*
姜丝麻油香,素腰子好爽口,来吃饭咯!







材料:
素腰子 1包(500克),解冻后用清水洗一遍沥干水备用



文冬姜 1拇指大,切丝
麻油 3大匙
水 少许

调味料:
酱油 2~3大匙
绍兴酒 3大匙
胡椒粉 少许


做法:
1.麻油倒入锅内,以中火爆香姜丝至金黄色,捞起一半沥干油备用。
2.将素腰子倒入锅内与其余的姜丝一起快速翻炒1分钟,加入酱油继续翻炒一下。
3.倒入适量的水和绍兴酒,盖上锅盖,以中小火焖煮8分钟即可熄火上碟。
4.撒上姜丝即可与白饭一起趁热享用。

Ingredients:
1 pack (500g) of Vegetarian Kidney, defrost, wash with water & drain
1 thumb size big Bentong ginger, shredded
3 tablespoon sesame oil
adequate water

Seasoning:
2~3 tablespoon soya sauce
3 tablespoon Shao Xing cooking wine
dash of pepper


Method:
1. Pour sesame oil into a wok, saute shredded ginger under medium heat until golden brown, ladle out half of the ginger out, drained & set aside.
2. Put in the vegetarian kidney, stir fry for a minute together with remain shredded ginger in the wok, add in soya sauce & continue to stir fry for a while.
3. Add in some water & cooking wine, simmer for 8 minutes.
4. Garnish with remain fried shredded ginger on the top, and served hot with white rice.
