就想煮锅肉骨茶*肉骨茶*
大热天吃这个,会不会上火呀?
不用怕!这回我采用的是一心閣*养生药材汤-肉骨茶*
是采用上等药材和密制配料,不但可以健脾补气,还可以保健养生哦!
一锅浓郁美味的家常养生肉骨茶,大家一起开动啦!
材料:
排骨 2公斤,切块,洗净沥干
一心阁养生药材汤 1盒,(里头有1包药材和1密制配料)
蒜头 1大颗
调味料:
1茶匙黑酱油
做法:
1.将排骨用热水预先汆烫过,以便去掉血水,然后捞起,用自来水洗净后沥干水待用。
2.另一个锅里,倒入3公升的水。煮开后放入药材和蒜头大火煮 20分钟。
3.加入排骨、黑酱油和密制配料,以小火慢煮约1小时即可上桌。
Ingrediens:
2 kg of pork ribs, cut into medium pieces, washed & drained
1 box of Yi Xin Ge Herbal Soup
(there is a packet of herbal & a packet of special seasoning in a box
A head of garlic
3 litres water
Other ingredients:
1 tsp of dark soya sauce
Method:
1. Blanched the pork ribs to remove impurities with a pot of boiling water. Strained the pork ribs and washed it under running tap water, drained and set aside.
2.With another medium pot, pour in 3 liters of water, bring it to boil. Add in herbal and garlics, bring it to boil 20 minutes under high heat.
3. Add in pork ribs, dark soya sauce & special seasoning. Bring it to cook under low heat for about 1 hour.
