♡麦香煎鲛鱼肉 Crispy Cereal Mackerel♡

家人很喜欢吃煎鱼排,但是又不喜欢超市那种冷藏鱼肉,
所以在巴刹买了中型马鲛鱼,请卖鱼老板帮忙处理起肉。
新鲜的鱼肉只需少许调味料,
就能做出一道香喷喷的*麦香煎鲛鱼肉*









材料:
马鲛鱼 2条,去内脏后洗净去骨起肉
蛋 1个
Nestum 原味麦片 1/2饭碗,稍微打碎

调味料:
百里香干香料 Thyme 适量
Paprika 粉 少许
胡椒粉 少许
盐巴 少许
味精 少许

做法:
1.将全部调味料均匀地涂在马鲛鱼肉两面,存入冰箱腌渍至少1/2小时。
2.预热平底锅,锅里倒入少许食油。
3.将鱼肉片沾上蛋白再沾上麦片,放入锅里以中火煎至两面香脆金黄色,捞起沥干油。搭配辣椒酱或美奶滋味道更佳。

Ingredients:
2 pcs of Mackerel, remove innards, wash & cut out the fish bones & meat
1 egg white
1/2 rice bowl of Nestum cereal, slightly crushed

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Thyme
1 teaspoon of Paprika powder
dash of pepper
salt to taste
ajinomoto to taste

Method:
1.Rub all the seasoning on both side of mackerel fish, Chill in the fridge for at least 1/2 an hour.
2.Preheat non stick pan, pour in 3~4 tablespoon of cooking oil.
3.Dip the fish into the egg white & coated with nestum cereal, fried it under medium heat until golden brown. Served with chilli sauce or mayonnaise.
