好久没上菜了,
今晚来吃*妈蜜鸡翅*
鸡翅粘满了妈蜜酱汁和芝麻,别有一番风味
开胃下饭,宝贝们非常喜欢!

材料:
鸡翅 10只,洗净沥干水备用
芝麻 3大匙,预先烤香
鸡翅腌料:
盐巴 少许
胡椒粉 少许
木薯粉 适量
鸡蛋 1颗,打散
酱汁材料:
妈蜜 1 大匙
麦芽糖 1大匙
糖 少许
老抽 1大匙
水 100毫升
薯粉+少许水勾芡
做法:
1. 将鸡翅腌料与鸡翅混合均匀,放入冰箱至少2 小时以便入味。
2. 锅内倒入适量的食油(油要可以盖过鸡翅),待热油转中火。将鸡翅炸至金黄色即可捞起沥干油。
3. 将酱汁材料倒入另一个锅内,煮滚后勾芡,再倒入鸡翅和撒上芝麻即可上桌。
Ingredients:
10 pcs of chicken wings, wash & drain
3 tablespoon of sesame, toasted until fragrant in advance
Marinate seasoning:
salt to taste
dash of pepper
some tapioca starch
1 egg, beaten
Gravy ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Marmite
1 tablespoon maltose
1 tablespoon sugar to taste
1 tablespoon soya sauce
tapioca starch + water (for thickening the gravy)
Method:
1. Mix well all the seasoning with chicken wings and chill it in the fridge at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat the cooking oil in the pot (the oil must cover the chicken wings), deep fry chicken wings under medium heat until golden brown. Drained the fried chicken wings.
3. In another pot, pour in all the gravy ingredients, bring it to boil. Add in starch and pour the chicken wings mix well. Spread sesame on the chicken and it is ready for serve.
